This helps to work the neuromodulator into your muscles.\u00a0Although this is thought to help, it will NOT impact your treatment negatively if you forget to do this.<\/em><\/p>\nIf you have been taking Advil, Vitamin E, Coumadin or other blood thinners, be aware that you may have a greater risk of bruising.\u00a0Feel free to take Advil after the treatment if you have a small headache.<\/p>\nDo NOT rub or massage the treated areas\u00a0for 4 hours after your treatment.<\/p>\nDo NOT do Yoga or any other type of strenuous exercise\u00a0for 4 hours after treatment.<\/p>\nDo NOT lie down\u00a0for 4 hours after treatment.\u00a0This is to avoid the risk of pressure on the treated areas from your pillow and to avoid the risk of having the area rubbed accidentally.<\/em><\/p>\nAvoid facials or saunas\u00a0for 4 hours after your treatment.\u00a0This will minimize the risk of raising your blood pressure and therefore the risk of temporary bruising.<\/em><\/p>\nFeel free to shower and go about most other regular daily activities.<\/p>\nBe assured that any tiny bumps or marks will go away within a few hours.\u00a0If you need to apply makeup within 4 hours of the treatment, apply it gently to avoid rubbing on the treated areas.<\/p>\nThe results of your treatment may take up to 14 days to take full effect.
